Use of the webpage

The user of the webpage (“User”), when filling in one of the forms for information request on the Faam webpage, shall provide complete and detailed information, in order to allow Faam to give him/her the specific product information required. The User shall be in charge of informing Faam about any change occurred in the information provided by him/her to Faam (including, in particular, his/her e-mail address).
Faam’s Webpage and, in particular, its network can be used only for purposes in compliance with the law. The transmission, distribution or storage of any document or material against the laws and regulations in force are forbidden. The above includes, for example, material in copyright or covered by a brand, trade secret or intellectual property rights which is used without the necessary and correct authorization, any indecent, libellous or illegal material and any material that violates the laws that rule export activity.

Intellectual Property

Any image, text or material of a different nature in the Webpage is Faam's or its licensees' property, and it is protected by the laws on copyright. The User can retrieve and show the content of the Website (“Content”) on a PC screen, print single pages on paper (without photocopying them) and store said pages on floppy disks (but not on the screen of any computer or on a memory device connected to a network) for his/her own personal, non-business purposes. Any use of said images, texts, software or other material found on the Webpage for business purposes, if not approved in writing by Faam, shall be severely sanctioned.
The User acknowledges that the name “Faam” and its logo are both Faam's property, and that s/he cannot use them without Faam's written approval.

Webpage content

The Content has the only purpose of providing general information to the User, it is aimed at the User's utilization and not at his/her peculiar requests. In particular, the Content does not represent any form of warning, proposal or commitment by Faam, and it is not meant to engender fallacy. While all reasonable attempts are made to provide accurate information on the Webpage, neither Faam nor the other organizations (natural or legal persons) contributing to provide such information to Faam may be held accountable for the accuracy of the information found on the Webpage. Faam provides no explicit or implicit guarantee on the Content’s accuracy or on the Webpage programming.

Modifications and changes of the Webpage

Faam reserves the right to modify any section of the Webpage at its own will. The company, at any moment, reserves the right to change the prices and the technical features of the products treated.

Webpages of third parties

The webpages connected to our Webpage through links are for information purposes only; they have not been reviewed by Faam. Faam undertakes no responsibility for the content of the pages connected through links to said webpages or to our Webpage; Faam undertakes no responsibility or commitment for any loss or sanction which the User might undergo as a consequence of the connection to any of these webpages or linked pages.

Links do not imply that Faam, or the Webpage sponsors, approve or are associated or have been authorized to use the brand, the company title, the logo or the copyright symbol appearing on screen or accessible through links, or that the linked webpage has been authorized to use Faam’s (or Faam’s subsidiaries’ or their parent companies’) brand, company title, logo or copyright symbol.

Limitation of liability

Faam, its subsidiaries or their parent companies shall in no case be held accountable, before the User, for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or accidental damage, or for any other damage of whatever nature, despite having informed the User of the possibility of damages. (The applicable law may not allow such limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or accidental damage; in such a case, limitation or exclusion cannot be applied to the User).

International users and applicable law

The Webpage is not intended for any person/user in jurisdictions where, for any reason, the publication or access to the Webpage are forbidden. Those to whom such regulations are aimed shall not access the Webpage.

Faam does not guarantee that all the documents, material or information on the Webpage are suitable for use or are allowed by the local laws of all jurisdictions. Those who access the Webpage do so spontaneously, and they are accountable for the compliance, on their part, of the applicable laws and regulations. If doubts arise, the User shall turn to a lawyer.

The General Terms and Conditions hereunder are ruled by, and shall be interpreted in compliance with, the Italian law.
