you can send back to us every item you bought in order to
obtain a full refund of the price paid or the substitution
of the product.
The ordinary guarantees are divided into
two categories:
- For individuals:
2-year guarantee on the vehicle and 1-year
guarantee on the battery, with the commitment to perform a
monthly complete charge cycle even if the vehicle is not used.
- For companies
(business use): 1-year guarantee
on the vehicle and 1-year guarantee on the
battery, with the commitment to perform a monthly complete
charge cycle even if the vehicle is not used..
For any fault identified soon after the purchase, within
seven days from the reception of the products,
you may send a notice by fax (++39 0734 2581) or by e-mail,
explaining the reasons for a possible refund (bad quality,
damaged product, etc.). Please specify in your message whether
you prefer the substitution of the product or a cash refund.
You will have to ship back the insured products, paying
only for the insurance and the shipping costs.
Within ten days from the reception of the
products you have shipped back, either we will send you the
replacement, if available, or we will fully refund the product
cost, according to your indications.
