Product prices, content and availability

All prices are VAT-inclusive; The images shown on the website are just for illustration, some details might be different from the actually available product. Each product is supplied with a user and maintenance manual and with all the on-paper documents necessary for the first use of the vehicle.

Price validity and e-mail order confirmation

After sending the order form you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. Such order confirmation has the only purpose of notifying of the reception of the electronic order, and it does not represent formal acceptance of the order. The price applied will be the one in force at the moment in which the order is made. Nevertheless, it is possible that some offers or items become sold out in the meanwhile, or undergo significant price variations. In such a case, we reserve to contact you as soon as possible to cancel the order (with no penalties for both parties) and to possibly propose you an alternative product or price.

Liability

It is understood that FAAM will not be held responsible for the use the customer intends to make of the products acquired. In case of faulty or out of order products, FAAM shall have only the obligation to repair or substitute them, at its own discretion.

Transportation

FAAM ships its products by courier and through its area distributors all over Italy. The cost of this service is clearly stated during the purchase process. Delivery is guaranteed within 10 days.

Payment terms

Cash on delivery
The payment is carried out cash at the moment of delivery.
Anticipated bank transfer
Together with the video confirmation and the automatic e-mail confirming the reception of the order, you can verify the details for the bank transfer to be performed before the products are shipped.
Credit card
The charge on the card occurs at the moment of shipment, and for the amount related to the dispatched products only.
